Medicaid Health Insurance Program coverage is changing. Re-enrollment for North Carolina Medicaid and North Carolina Health Choice starts in April 2023.
Don’t lose your health coverage. Follow these steps:

Make sure your state’s Medicaid agency has your current contact information.

Check your mail for a status letter from the state.

Complete your renewal form right away (if you get one).
Don’t delay. Be sure your contact information is current. NCDHHS - ePASS
If you lose or are denied Medicaid, you can apply for affordable coverage at Healthcare.gov. You must apply within 60 days of losing coverage.
