George & Barbara Brancato met in 1953, when Barbara's family transitioned to a new church. They first met at a Christmas Party held by the church. Barbara started to read a lot about George in the Church Newsletters and was very impressed how involved he was with the congregation. They started dating the summer of 1954 and Married September 17th 1955, and recently celebrated their 65th Wedding anniversary. "We love being at The Neighborhoods of White Lake because we can ALWAYS BE TOGETHER," stated George and Barbara. "We are also pleased with how compassionate and understanding the staff is."
Prior to joining The Neighborhoods of White Lake, they were in a community that kept them separated from each other due to the COVID-19 restrictions. It brings them both comfort that The Neighborhoods of White Lake are able to accommodate them for both levels of care needs.
