Mercy Village Named Blue Water 2024 "Best of the Best"
On April 24, Mercy Village received the 2024 Best of the Blue Water Area Award for Senior Living in the Times Herald’s Official Community’s Choice Awards Gala. The nomination round began in December 2023, the public voted on the top five nominees in each category in February 2024, and we were announced the winner at the April 24 event at City Flats Hotel.
“This award belongs to each one of our residents, family members, and colleagues,” said Administrator Crystal Campagne. “We are so delighted to be recognized as a community where older adults thrive!”

HOPE: Helping Our Parents Excel Support Group
Men & Women of the "Sandwich Generation" are juggling the needs of their children (or grandchildren) and aging parents. Children need us to look after their physical needs, take an interest in their activities, and provide emotional support and guidance. As parents age (and particularly if they become ill), they may need our help and personal care, as well as assistance with financial matters and routine errands and tasks. The HOPE caregiver support group is designed to help those assisting their parents or loves ones as they age.
Meetings will take place on the fourth Saturday of each month from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Items covered will range from current health topics to financial information. Group discussions will help provide additional guidance and support.
