What happens when my skilled stay is done?

The goal of our skilled nursing and rehab program is to provide you with the treatment and education you need to meet your independence goals and return home as quickly as possible. If at the end of your skilled care stay you are unable to return home, or wish to remain in our community to allow for additional recovery time, our residential living neighborhood provides short or long term residential living options. Please contact a member of our team for further information.

How long will Medicare pay for my skilled stay?

If you qualify for a skilled stay under Medicare guidelines, Medicare will pay for days 1-20 of your stay at 100% as long as you continue to qualify for skilled care. Medicare guidelines require a co-pay for days 21-100 of your skilled stay given you continue to require skilled services. Our admissions director and business office manager will be able to assist you with your financial needs and help you determine any out of pocket expenses.
