At St. Paul's, Independent Living includes different living options designed around how individuals actually prefer to live. Some residents want more space and a full kitchen. Others prefer a smaller footprint with meals included and lower monthly costs. That's why we offer two Independent Living options within one welcoming senior living community, so you can start where it makes sense for you.
Legacy Studios: A Smart, Simplified Choice
Legacy Studios at St. Paul's are designed for individuals who want private living with fewer responsibilities and lower monthly costs. These studio-style residences offer:
- A private living space
- Meals and utilities included
- Access to community amenities and social opportunities
Legacy Studios are a great fit for those who don't plan to cook daily, prefer simplicity over square footage and want predictable expenses. Optional services such as housekeeping, transportation and laundry are available if desired.
Legacy Studios do not include kitchens and are intentionally designed as a simplified Independent Living option. Residents of our Legacy Studios benefit from daily meals available in our dining spaces.

Apartment Homes at St. Paul's are ideal for residents who enjoy having more space, a full kitchen and the flexibility to cook, entertain and live their day their way, while still being part of an Independent Living Community. These homes are designed for those who value independence and want a traditional apartment lifestyle with added convenience. With four floorplans – ranging from and one-bedroom to larger two-bedroom apartment homes – we’re sure you’ll find exactly what you have in mind. We’ll take care of the yard work, removing snow, and fixing leaky faucets. Enjoy your retirement in our affordable, maintenance-free apartments with enough space to entertain family and friends.

With our popular onsite dining room serving lunch and dinner, our onsite bistro for breakfast, and your personal kitchen or kitchenette (studios), you can dine somewhere different whenever you chose! Our residents love the freedom to cook their own family favorites in their private kitchens or meet up with friends in one of our dining spaces. Either way, you’ll never have to worry about finding something for dinner at St. Paul’s.
St. Paul's Dining Room
Enjoy dinner by the fireplace, in front of our picture windows overlooking our wooded property, or cozy up in a booth space for a meal that is sure to delight. The main dining room at St. Paul’s is open for lunch and dinner and your outside guests are always welcome to join you.
Housekeeping Services
No need to vacuum and dust at St. Paul’s: we’ll do your housekeeping for you. Our bi-weekly housekeeping services are just one of the many benefits you’ll enjoy when you make St. Paul’s your home.
Pet-Friendly Environment
Pets are family, and well-behaved, recently-vaccinated pets are always welcome here whether they're yours or just visiting. Our beautiful campus walking paths are the perfect place to help your four-legged friend get some exercise. And all of our residences are pet-friendly. We do limit the number of pets to one per apartment and reserve the right to restrict pets based on size, breed, and demeanor.

Clean, kind and caring staff, I enjoy my raised garden beds, growing zucchini, muskmelon, radishes, peppers, bush pickles, bush green beans. I enjoy having my grandson with me daily during the week. I love fixing my own meals.
