THSC Talent Acquisition Team Recognized with Prestigious Award from Industry Leader RogueHire

Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC) is one of six organizations across the United States to receive a 2023 Elite Honor Roll Award from RogueHire.

This is the 13th year that Lean Human Capital, now RogueHire, has recognized excellence in healthcare talent acquisition. All winners have been selected based on quantifiable evidence that they perform within the top 25% of healthcare recruitment teams across the United States.

All winners were selected based on quantifiable evidence of elite-level performance in 2022 against RogueHire’s national healthcare recruitment benchmarking studies, including Voice of Customer survey benchmarks. Elite Honor Roll Organization winners demonstrated top performance against key metrics related to speed, efficiency and aging requisition management, and Voice-of-Customer satisfaction surveys, along with consistent scorecard management and a commitment to continuous improvement of their talent operations.
