Every dimension of senior wellness is threaded into all of the programs and services offered at SJP. No matter if you or your loved one are receiving assisted senior livingskilled nursing, skilled care or independently living at Pine Knoll or Belle Meade, we keep the mind and body engaged. Experience wellness activities including social dinners, group exercise programs, and life-long learning classes and so much more.

From a spiritual and emotional perspective, we offer Catholic Mass and Protestant Worship in each of our three chapels, as well as scripture study, spiritual programs, and service opportunities. You’ll find acceptance here and encouragement on your journey.

SJP is fortunate to have a state-of-the-art fitness center with functional fitness, strength and cardiovascular equipment, as well as a swimming pool. We offer an array of fitness classes, including Tai Chi, Yoga and Strength, and Water Aerobics. A certified Exercise Physiologist meets with residents to design programs to improve their health and fitness levels.
