Apartment Homes
Named after the Great Lakes, our five independent living apartment floorplans range from 965 to 1,104 square feet. You’ll be able to choose from one of four 3-bedroom, 2-baths or a 1-bedroom, 1-bath designs.
Our Spaces
Each of our five floorplans include everything you’ll need to feel right at home, including DirecTV and WiFi. Of course, we take care of all the maintenance and repairs as needed, so you won’t have to worry about anything. Other things you’ll enjoy include:
- Paid utilities (including water/sewer)
- Full modern kitchens (stove, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator)
- Spacious walk-in closets
- Personal balcony (most floorplans)
- In-unit washer/dryer
Flooring & Finishes
Our apartment homes feature beautiful woodgrain vinyl in the living room, kitchen, and laundry areas, carpet in the bedroom areas, and vinyl in bathrooms. Independent Living apartments in The Heights feature full kitchens with dishwashers, so you can enjoy cooking your favorite meals.
Dining Options
Every now and again, it’s nice to cook up your favorites. Which is why our Independent Living apartments have full kitchens with dishwashers. When you don’t feel like cooking, you can enjoy a smoothie, sandwich, or tasty Michigan salad in our bistro, or sit down to a a meal prepared by our executive chef in our restaurant.
Join us for brunch or dinner at The Lakes restaurant, where you'll begin each meal with an appetizer, then enjoy an entrée, beverage, and, of course, dessert. A variety of meal plans are available and can be purchased in packages of 10, 20, or 30. Having guests for a special occasion? Don't forget to ask about our catering options.
Weekly Housekeeping and Linen Services
We all love a clean apartment but we all hate to clean! That's why we offer weekly housekeeping and linen services when you make Marycrest your home. You just sit back and live the good life, we’ll take care of keeping everything sparkly clean. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased à la carte.
Pet-Friendly Environment
We believe in the power of pets. At Marycrest, we know just how important your furry friends are to you, which is why our apartments are pet-friendly. Your pet will enjoy taking walks with you along our beautiful campus pathways. Our community is pleased to welcome pets up to 25 lbs.
Fees: $300 one-time fee plus $30 per month
