Admission to Saint Mary Home
If you are considering a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility for yourself or someone you love, look no further than Saint Mary Home.
Our colleagues in the Admissions Center can help you with the application process, provide you with information regarding Saint Mary Home and give you a tour of the facility. Our Director of Hospitality/Admissions, a social worker, will also perform an on-site evaluation of a prospective resident, whether at home, in an assisted living facility, a hospital, or another skilled nursing facility. Working with the hospital discharge planner, the family, physicians, and home care providers, we refer each resident or client to the most appropriate level of care at Saint Mary Home.

“When our family needed to explore rehab (and later hospice) care for my husband Fred, our first choice was Saint Mary Home. A cousin had received services there earlier, and we were familiar with the expert care provided by the staff. Fred’s room on the first floor was large, sunny, and comfortable, with sufficient seating for our extended family, which visited often and was always made to feel welcomed. The Director of Admissions, knowing we were Jewish, secured a mezuzah for the doorframe of Fred’s room, which touched us tremendously. We always felt right at home. During the saddest time in our family’s life, the staff at Saint Mary Home was there for us in every way, and we will always be grateful.”
