Welcome to Heartwood Lodge
Heartwood Lodge is a resident-centered community where high-quality professional care combines with warmth and comfort to make residents feel strong, safe, and at home. Our colleagues take great pride in providing a home-like atmosphere where each resident is treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Residents are encouraged to participate in their care and surroundings at all levels of independence and functioning.
Our 84-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitative facility is divided into three neighborhoods offering both private and semi-private rooms. Each neighborhood specializes care to the individual needs of the residents, including our short-term rehabilitation neighborhood.
History and Mission
Formerly part of the North Ottawa Community Hospital, Heartwood Lodge is part of Trinity Health Senior Communities and serves seniors in northwest Ottawa County and the surrounding communities in southern Muskegon County. Heartwood Lodge is centered around providing compassionate care, award-winning expertise, and a passion to serve seniors honing the sacredness and dignity of every person.
