About Us

Heritage Place is a section 202/8 community providing housing to elderly individuals and families and/or physically disabled persons of limited income.

Our community is housing for those individuals/ families that are 62 years of age or older and/or 18 years of age or older with a physical disability. We strive to target 40% of the extremely low-income population. An applicant who meets the “extremely low” income limit will have preference over a “very low” income applicant*. Our community has one bedroom, barrier free and efficiency apartments. Heat and water are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for their own electric, phone and cable.
